AI advisory & automation systems · Tallinn

Your business doesn't need more AI.It needs to think clearly first.

I'm Riz. Ten years running operations at Careem, Bolt and Wise — then I started building the systems instead of just running them. AI scales whatever you feed it: messy input, messy output. I come in before the build, not after it breaks.

What I actually believe

AI doesn't think for you.
It thinks like you.

Everyone's selling AI like it's a brain you can rent. It isn't. It thinks like you, faster and at scale. Feed it muddled thinking and you get muddled output — just more of it.

Feed it clarity and it becomes leverage.

So the work was never “add AI.” The work is: get clear on the actual problem, design the system, then let the machine run it. The teams I watched scale weren't the ones with the best tools. They were the ones who thought clearly before they built.

That's the whole game.
Think first. Then automate.

Who this is for

This works best
for four kinds of people.

  • 01You are the bottleneckEvery decision routes through you. You already know it. What you don't have is the week it would take to sit down and fix it.
  • 02You've bought tools that didn't stickThe subscriptions are live. Nobody uses them. The process underneath never changed, so the tool had nothing to hold on to.
  • 03Ops-heavy, roughly 3 to 30 peopleEnough repeated process to be worth automating, small enough that you can still change how it works without a committee.
  • 04You want to own it afterwardsDocumentation, training, and a system your team can touch. Not a dependency on the person who built it.

Not for you if

  • You want AI bolted onto a process nobody has written down yet
  • You're shopping for the cheapest pair of hands, not the clearest thinking
  • You want a deck and a strategy document, not a system that runs
  • You need enterprise procurement, legal review and a six-month pilot

I'll say so on the first call.Part of the job is being honest about what won't work, not saying yes to keep the call going.

What you can book

Three ways
to work with me.

Same order every time: get clear on the actual problem, design the system, then let the machine run it. Prices are published so you can budget without booking a call to find out.

1 · Tell me what's broken2 · We scope it on a call3 · We fix the thinking, then build4 · You own it, documented
01
1:1 advisory & fractional ops

You bring the vague problem. We name it properly, then decide what to do about it. Sometimes that's a build. Often it's cheaper than that.

A system built and shipped

The heavy build work, delivered through Soch. We map your process, design the automation, build it in n8n and Claude, and hand it back documented.

Speaking & workshops

No slide decks to sit through. Teams leave with a working automation they built themselves, live, in the room — something they can point to on Monday.

The human behind it

Where systems
meet personality.

I don't just build the machines. I talk about them too — stand-up, breakdowns, the podcast. There's a person behind the automations.

Don't take my word for it.

Before you book

The things people ask before they book.

Nothing stops you from opening ChatGPT tomorrow. But AI doesn't think for you — it thinks like you, just faster. Feed it a messy process and you get messy output at scale, not less mess. Most of what I do happens before any tool gets touched: getting the actual process clear enough that automating it doesn't just automate the chaos.

Then we're not automating yet — we're fixing that first. This is the most common reason automation projects fail, and it's usually not a tool problem. Step one is always: get clear on what's actually happening today, on paper, before anything gets built.

Advisory starts at $140/hr, no retainer required. A single 1:1 strategy session is a flat $140. Full custom builds go through Soch and get scoped per project, since “build me an automation” can mean a two-week fix or a much bigger system — you'll get a real number before anything starts, not a guess.

Depends on the system, but the case studies on this site run from about two weeks for a focused build. You'll know the real timeline after we've mapped the actual workflow — not before.

No. Most of the people I work with don't have one. The systems are built to be handed over with documentation and training, not left as something only an engineer can touch.

No lock-in, by design. You get the documentation, the training, and you own the system outright. If something breaks in year two, you shouldn't need me to fix it.

Then I'll tell you that before you spend anything — not after. Part of the job is being honest about what won't work, not just saying yes to keep the call going.

Working with me directly is advisory — thinking, strategy, coaching, workshops. Soch is where the heavy build work actually happens — the end-to-end automation systems get delivered there, not here.
